Well, then it's my turn again.
This is rather easy.... I expect it to be solved within the next 30 minutes....otherwise I'm really disappointed in all of you!
Ok, to move this topic forward, here is the "most-likely" title:
Omega doom?
P.S.: Perhaps we should pick movies that are (just) a little more known....
I would say if it's not a clip then post a few stills, preferably something definitive, and if there isn't a direct link in the clip/ still to the title (as the radio was beeping SOS in the first clip) then perhaps include a verbal clue
Spot on. The "black humour ' reference was a clue.
That's what I mean about adding a verbal clue if the pic isn't that definitive of the film
Over to you

You'll have to get into a position of vantage to work this one out. Find the fountainhead of the problem.

There can only be one correct answer and there can only be five Highlander films. This sorry effort called Highlander: The Source went direct to video.

Huh. I'm still trying to figure out the Ayn Rand angle!

Six. Don't forget Search for Vengeance.
But yes, you got the right answer.

If you're going to be pedantic, there can only be five live action Highlander films.
Now, let's see if anyone knows who was in the painting?

It's not Titanic or Bambi

Looks like nobody recognized The Vault of Horror. Shall I try another or is the thread dead now?

So where was a written clue as to what it might be? I thought it was the reference to who was in the painting was a clue to the title but as it was Vault of Horror I'm guessing not.

The clue was "Now, let's see if anyone knows who was in the painting?"
The character in the painting was played by former Doctor Who Tom Baker.

Yes but the idea is surely to give a clue to the film title
I've been enjoying Ozploitation flicks recently, so I actually watched this one a few weeks ago. (This week's choice was Lady Stay Dead.)
Correct! Now it's your turn.

These movies are all way too obscure for me. No Cool Hand Luke or Sparticus? Guess I'd better tap out to Tallyho.

I gave up on them long ago. With out verbal clues to back up the pics I haven't got a hope. I've seen around 8-10,000 films in my time and they are all sloshing around there (Saturdays growing up I used to watch 10 a day)

Calm down, dear. It's a game.
I did put a verbal clue with the first pic: Saturday night is alright for cleaning the streets.
I will post something else if we don't have a Winner film-spotter in the next day.
Correct! A forgotten sleaze classic from Michael Winner's oeuvre.
You're very generous to describe Michael Winner's filmography as an 'oeuvre'. I'd be more tempted to describe it as a sort of... heap. A mound. A pile?
