Cosplay Section will be rolled into one forum under the Superheroines Related Chat

I am going to be condensing the forum. I don't feel there needs to be 3 cosplay forums and I dont think there needs to be a special category for Cosplay.

So unless there are any strong objections, I will be rolling all forums into one forum and adding it to Superheroines chat.
