Geisha - An assassin that dresses sort of like a Japanese Geisha. Hence the name Geisha. Very inspired. Mainly I just like the idea of a Geisha in a mini-kimono and tights. Possible costumes:

Here are a few ideas for bargain-basement villians:

1) Queen of Hearts - Research scientist Allison Glass was part of a team working on a mind control project for an unnamed government agency (Blue Angels?) when a blow to the head somehow created a second personality, one based on a character from her favorite childhood book, Alice in Wonderland (yes, I know, but comic book logic doesn't have to make sense). She was now the Queen of Hearts and like the Queen in the book, she is driven to dominate those around her. Allison incorporated her research into a wand that lets her hynotically control the minds of others. Sometimes she has one or more hench-girls wearing "Alice in Wonderland" inspired costumes working for her and sometimes she works alone.

The character was inspired by this costume: http://www.costumecraze.com/CARD08.html. Ditch the skirt, add black tights and a mask and you have a great villianess.

You might also give the lady a penchant for decapitation, i.e. the famous "Off with his head!" quote from Carroll's work. Perhaps give her some martial arts skills and a short axe or a halberd to wield. Hey, the Queen's allowed some fun too, you know! :twisted: 8)

Remember Egghead from the old Batman tv show? How about a female version named Cleopatra?

Did you mean King Tut, C? Either way, I think Cleo would be a hit! Might be a good spot for an African American model/actress to be showcased, wouldn't you say? Afrikka might be a great super-henchie for her! 8)

Henchmen are supposed to be scary. Henchwomen are supposed to be sexy and naughty.

How about sexy, naughty AND scary? Seeing those muscles covered in shiny Lycra or nylon while she's beating some heroine or hero senseless, not sexy? 8)
