idea for a custom story board game monopoly

hi everyone
i got this idea and wanted to know what you think a hero named night babe has to play a board game of monopoly against the villain kelly if night babe lands on Kelly's stuff she has to strip and take any torture kelly does to her and at the end if night babe wins, she will get secret files on gangs in the city
but if kelly wins night babe has to be her guard and help her with any villain plans, what do you think a game of high stakes between hero and villain on a board game does this sound good.
