I was rummaging through my old DVD collection yesterday and found this. The DVD is pretty scratched up and the doesn't play anymore. Can anyone shed any light on the origins of this production as I don't recall?

Its not on the back of the DVD? Production company, year of make etc, list anyrhing that might help
