Archon City... Like the popular song says, it's a helluva town, a new Vortex drug wave is infecting the city, crimes and felonies are rising ... The Syndicate controls everything and the mysterious vigilante Archvenger is the only chance for the good citizens.

Marlow Keen as the boss of the Crime Syndicate controls everything in Archon City, even with the mysterious vigilante unleashing a war upon him. In his luxury condo, the Commissioner Harper is about to learn the price of serving a such infamous crimelord.
