Looks like Brian Michael Bendis is going to have TV shows based on *both* of his adopted daughters on two different networks.
Launches Jan 11, sharing the same broadcast night as the new season of "Superman and Lois".

Really wondering, though, who is actually going to watch this show? Probably the most obscure comic book character to get a TV show in recent memory (and yes, I know, pretty much nobody knew who The Eternals were, either). The entire cast seems like it's just normal neighborhood people - no costumes.

Maybe producer Ava DuVernay will use her influence as "One of the 100 Most Influential People in the World" (Time Magazine, 2017) to get those eyeballs...

New trailer for Naomi, unfortunately launching right around the time the news is swirling about the CW being on the auction block
because of its relatively poor audience performance overall.

Some new things I learned about the character - just like America Chavez, she is not human, but rather an alien from another convenient pocket dimension (at least, in the comics). And her last name is McDuffie because it's a tribute to Dwayne McDuffie
who founded Milestone Comics and always wanted to write the Justice League, but DC Comics would never let him.

Will this be nearly the last gasp of The CW or the beginning of a new era?
