Night Court was one of my favorite shows and she was one of the reasons why.
Of course, she was also Electra Woman in the pilot of the remake that never got off the ground.
I was really disappointed that the show didn't get picked up. I love campy stuff and it had so much potential.

She was brilliant as the drunk EW and Anne Stedman was gorgeous as DG.
I loved the line from Aquaman that the cafeteria was serving halibut, .
It was a good pilot I thought and deserved a series or two.
RIP

Ah...sad. She battled cancer for a while.
Not sure why the EW&DG pilot isn't on her Wikipedia page but it is listed prominently on her IMDB.
I had no idea she was on so many episodes as a regular on $10,000 Pyramid.
RIP Markie!

I remember Markie Post also played Cameron Diaz's mother in Something About Mary.

She was also on Fall Guy, as the bail boundsperson, Lee Major's character worked for.

That was a good show. I can still remember the opening theme from that show, Tales from the Unknown Stuntman.

Sad to hear she is gone. I did enjoy her work, particularly on Fall Guy where they missed no opportunity to get Terri into a bikini. Stunning.

Markie Post and Heather Thomas made the Fall Guy worth watching. Admittedly, heather’s super hot jeans tended to to steal the lime light. Markie post was amazing in her own right and was my favorite on Night Court

Very sad news. What I saw of the EW&DG pilot she was in, had me very interested in seeing more of her. I found her talented in most of the roles I had seen her in, but seeing her as Electra Woman was something I did not expect. R.I.P.

She did get the cloth on Greatest American Hero as a sports team owner.

Never seen or heard of that pilot before, but I was a big fan of Markie Post's work on Night Court. Shitty news.
