Well, this got no response at all. But just in case anyone is wondering, I went ahead and ordered a custom from them and it came it pretty good.
The only real down side is that they seem to only accept a very small, limited range of forms of payment, so that was kind've a hassle.
On the up side, they have Aidra Fox listed in their list of local models. I tried to get a custom with her from Primal, but apparently, she is not local to them and doesn't like to travel.
