AFAIK, the contract would only stop Brett (or Emily) from shooting new material. Anything that's already "in the can" should be fine.

Since the exclusive contracts began in July 2012, we have seen one video from Brett and three from Emily Addison. So there doesn't seem to be a problem releasing material that was shot before then.

Actually, the footage that was usable from this shoot will be included in another gonzo type video, we shot a bunch of material that day, non superheroine related and I thought, hey why don't we put these on and see what happens.

But I am planning on doing a Power Angels shoot again very soon.
