Gushing Over Magical Girl (Winter 2024 Anime streaming on HIDIVE)

Post by Superheroinegirl22 »

I can't believe someone didn't already make a thread on this show here. It is airing on actual TV in Japan yet is blatantly appealing to our Fetish.

Like literally even the part about the villain starting an obsessed fan as been a Trope in a lot of Superheroine Peril video.

The style of the scenes probably be to everyone's taste, it's not even generally my tastes but a few scenes I've found to be pretty great.

I"m not good at describing things which is why I wish someone else had started a thread on it here.

5 episodes are out now, there are scheduled by 13 total which should all be aired by the end of March

Speaking for myself both anime and GIGA the problem is that I don't speak the lanugage(other than being able to count to 10)

I need the visual and the dialouge

There are English subs for this show. Though sometimes on HIDIVE they won't be set up by default but they'll be in the Language settings.

Not the same thing

Even in the old martial arts films where the men all sounded like gangsters from NY and the women like Jewish American Princesses better than subtitles

Never heard of it before as I'm not a big anime person.
But it was easy to find, and it was cute and sexy with a great transformation and a tight revealing costume within the first two minutes already!

Here's the link for the first episode: https://9anime.se/watch/gushing-over-ma ... ?ep=114625

It looks like they have the first five up, so I'll check it all out over the next couple days.
I wonder if there'll be any actual "gushing" in this, because, you know, uh, that's where the term comes from.

I also prefer Dubs but when we have no choice a show like this is pretty easy to follow since the actually plot isn't the Deep, at least not so far.

Whoa!

I'm trying to figure out how this gets through the Japanese censors. If this was live-action, it would be considered straight-up XXX fetish porn
of the Giga variety.

If you click on the spoiler button, here's a rundown of Episode 1:
Spoiler
2 minutes: the average nerdy girl who is obsessed with magical girls transforms into a sexy villainess against her will. she is embarrassed about how her costume exposes her breasts and her midriff, giving a glimpse of her crotch as well.
10 minutes: she gives in to her impulse to torture the heroines, and she commands monster tentacles to squeeze the heroines' boobs and probe their crotches.
11 minutes: she is spanking the heroines with a riding crop.
15 minutes: the girls in the classroom are all stripping down to their bras and panties.
17 minutes: three girls are undergoing magical girl transformations while we see their naked breasts and butts.
18 minutes: the nerd becomes the evil sexy villainess again. she is being threatened and blackmailed by her magical evil mascot.
19 minutes: evil animated mannequins are grabbing the heroines' breasts, tearing off parts of their costumes, and tickling them under their arms and on the soles of their feet.
20 minutes: the villainess starts tickling the heroines herself and enjoys making them squirm.

And that's just the first episode! This is just straight up heroine peril and fetish.
I'll try to get through some more of the episodes. Shockingly enjoyable! No wonder woke Americans want to shut Japanimation down.

Episode 2:
Spoiler
1 minute: the nerdy girl has lesbian dreams about the lovely naked bodies of the heroines.
5 minutes: she prays to the gods at a Shinto shrine to try to suppress her evil urges.
6 minutes: she finds an S&M porn magazine on the ground.
7 minutes: she reads the magazine which depicts girls bound up in ropes, whipping and tickling. seeing a photo of a girl blindfolded arouses her and she begins to transform into the villainess without even saying her magic words. "her lust made her powers burst out of containment"
9 minutes: she is running away from the heroine who is chasing her. they're both running in high heels. she attacks the heroine with a fox mask.
10 minutes: the heroine is blindfolded and depowered by the fox mask. the villainess begins stroking and caressing every part of the heroine's body: face, gloves, and hair.
11 minutes: the villainess then squeezes the heroine's breasts and plays with her lips.
12 minutes: the villainess spreads the heroine's legs apart and admires her crotch, covered by tight panties. the heroine protests, trying to close her legs. but the villainess touches her all over and violates her.
13 minutes: the villainess taunts the heroine, saying "next time, let's have even more fun."
16 minutes: during a secret magical girl meeting, the heroine who was violated (Sayo-Chan) seems hot and bothered, like she was trying to figure whether she enjoyed the assault.
17 minutes: the villainess attacks another heroine (Magia Sulfur) with a candlewax monster, ripping the front of her costume to expose her breasts.
18 minutes: the villainess drips hot candle wax onto the heroine's exposed breasts, making her scream with pain and pleasure.
19 minutes: the heroine breaks loose and fights back, turning her fists into 'big knuckles' which hit the villainess so hard that parts of her costume are torn off. much of the villainess' naked body is exposed.
20 minutes: by using a dozen candlewax likenesses of herself to confuse the heroine, the villainess is able to escape through a magic portal.
She also adopts a villainess name: Baiser.
Episode 3:
Spoiler
4 minutes: Baiser takes a tour of the evil lair with her mascot and meets Leoparde, another one of the evil girls. Leopard transforms, and in her full costume she is very sexy, wearing tiny thong panties. Baiser is immediately attracted to her. They battle. Leoparde sits on top of Baiser, grinding her crotch into Baiser's body.
5 minutes: Baiser uses her crop to turn a lightbulb into a glass prison which grabs and contains Leoparde. She starts a monologue where she admits to Leoparde that she loves to make the heroines 'writhe and squeal'.
7 minutes: Baiser starts torturing Leoparde with electric shock inside the glass container, trying to get Leoparde to admit that she enjoys the pain.
8 minutes: Leoparde screams "this feels so good" as parts of her costume are burned off. She falls out of the glass container, spent and exhausted from the torture. Baiser says "right now, you are the cutest girl in the world".
11 minutes: Kiwi (Leoparde in her secret identity) transfers to the same school as Utena (Basier) and asks her out on a date. Yes, a lesbian date ih high school.
13 minutes: Utena admits to Kiwi, "When I transform, I just can't hold back, even though I know it's wrong."
14 minutes: We get Kiwi's origin story - she hates magical girls because they steal attention away from her on social media. The evil mascot interrupts Kiwi in the middle of a naked masturbation session (not kidding!) and offers her a chance to destroy magical girls. She takes the offer.
15 minutes: Kiwi brings out their transformation stars and makes the both of them transform in public so they can take a selfie.
16 minutes: Leoparde and Baiser find themselves in a violent fight with the three heroines (Tres Magia).
17 minutes: Magia Azure (Sayo-Chan) looks at Baiser and fantasizes what she might do to her with the riding crop.
18 minutes: Baiser commands a flower monster to blindfold and tightly bind Azure in the vines. Baiser admires how when Azure's breasts are tightly bound, they become so big and bouncy. Baiser touches Azure's breasts over her costume and plays with the nipples. Then she starts slapping Azure's breasts over and over, while Azure screams, "Don't play with my breasts!"
19 minutes: Azure is naked and squealing in ecstasy over the breast torture, while Basier looks wide-eyed and pleased.
20 minutes: Magenta is about to attack Leoparde, when Baiser uses a distraction move, allows the two villainesses to get away.
21 minutes: Safely away in their secret identities, Kiwi admits her love for Utena and tries to kiss her, saying "Let's make out at a love hotel."
They arrive at a love hotel, and Utena resists going in.
Cute evil sexy lesbian lovers for the win! So far 100% classic yandere.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glossary_ ... ga#yandere

This sequence where Baiser ties up and blindfolds Azure and plays with her breasts is just like a sophisticated SHIP clip. I'm wondering - we have a lot of experienced individuals here. Has anyone ever seen a sexier animated superheroine series than this one? This might be the find of the year!

Episode 4
Spoiler
1 minute: Baiser has all three heroines suspended in mid-air above the city. She has covered them in gooey slime which is infesting every crevice of their bodies, causing them to grimace with discomfort but also seemingly with pleasure. Then she abruptly departs. "Finish what you started, bitch!" says Magenta. She seems to be mad that she has been "edged".
4 minutes: Utena's mascot blackmails her, telling her that he'll reveal to her Mom that she has been secretly reading porno mags unless she fights Magenta.
5 minutes: No transformation, but Utena is suddenly Baiser. She uses a barrage of animated scissors to cut Magenta's costume to ribbons. Magenta's entire naked body is exposed except for strategically placed shreds over her nipples and pussy, and she is too embarassed to fight.
8 minutes: The next day, Baiser and Magenta battle again, but this time, Magenta has created a costume with pasties over her nipples and pussy that can't be removed (see below). They clash, but the fight ends with Baiser embracing Magenta and placing her face right in front of Magenta's breasts. It's not clear whether they make out, but later that night, the other heroines find Magenta blacked out on the playground.
17 minutes: The magical trio goes for a photo shoot, and the magazine editor says that they'll sell lots of copies of the magazine because the photos are so sexy. The force field generator protecting the media building gets broken, and Baiser and Leoparde invade to fight the heroines.
20 minutes: There is a furious powerful battle. Sulfur engages her huge power fists, and Baiser willingly rips off most of her costume, smiling because she feels more sexy when she fights with lots of skin exposed. Azure is briefly wrapped up again in tentacles, but there are no close-ups of that. The villains win the battle, making the heroines thoroughly exhausted, but they leave again. Resting on the ground, the heroines feel exhilarated after their fight.

It should be noted that the very last lines in the outro theme translate to: "accept my love, this top-shelf fetish".

Episode 5
Spoiler
This one starts a little slow but it gets pretty good.
5 minutes: Utena and Kiwi meet a little girl named Korisu, who transforms into Nero Alice. Utena thinks Alice is cute but assures Kiwi that she is also cute.
7 minutes: Alice uses a little toy as a lure to trap the three heroines in a locked building full of gigantic monster toys. Then the heroines start acting strangely: Magenta turns into a lesbian and starts coming on to Azure, while Sulfur turns into a toddler who wants to "milk" Azure's breasts.
10 minutes: A naked lesbian three-way with both Magenta and Sulfur suckling on Azure's breasts while Azure imagines herself as their "mommy".
Then Magenta begins rubbing Azure's pussy from behind, and Azure shrieks with pleasure.
18 minutes: This is a very hot scenario. Utena takes Korisu's broken doll home, fixes it and brings it back. However, she catches a bad cold. When Utena returns the doll to Korisu's home, the little girl realized that Utena is sick. She transforms into Nero Alice and creates a dollhouse hospital room, placing Utena inside on a hospital bed. Korisu ages up into a sexy female doctor with long blond hair. What follows is a doctor-and-patient fetish scenario: Dr Korisu sticks a tongue depressor in Utena's mouth releasing sticky drool. Then the Dr indicates that Utena should get undressed. Utena takes off her shirt and bra, and the Dr presses her cold stethoscope against Utena's bare nipple making her sigh with pleasure. The Dr then takes out some cold cream and rubs it all over Utena's naked skin. Then the Dr takes out a syringe, and Utena says "I need a shot? Please be gentle. The Dr then bends over Utena and it looks like she's about to make love to Utena when the scene blacks out. When Utena regains consciousness, she is once again in Korisu's house and the cold is gone.
So, it seems like with every episode, they step up the fetish scenarios to more and more complex and intricate.
Interested to see where they'll go next now that we have three villains vs three heroines.

Most Magical Girls are no younger then character like Supergirl or Batgirl or Robin tend to be in the Canon, these are technically but.....

In this show the youngest looking character is the least Lewded. None of the other character looks at all like plausible Middle Schoolers.

Beyond the scope of this show, there is plenty of Anime with no Loli stuff.

As far as Loli in general goes I recommend this video.

I'm frankly shocked that this show goes out on Japan's public broadcast system, or some segment thereof. Clearly different rules over there. That said, if we were worried where the next generation of similar-minded fetishist would come from, we have our answer I believe. Can't see The Marvels creating this type of active participation we may see down the road in a decade.

I mean... isn't the adage just like... it's just common courtesy to like... "keep your pants on?" Airing hentai out on public broadcast is sort of like... stripping your pants off and running naked in the road. I guess you may feel free or seen for some god forsaken reason... but nobody else cares, and ESPECIALLY none of them care to see you but ass naked when they just need to go to the grocery store right? Similarly, you're risking some poor three year old flipping through the channels spattering your pervert shit all in front of their faces cause you can't collectively keep your pants on in public. I feel real bad for all the people who just want to watch something on TV after a hard nights work or worse, coming home from school getting a face full of fuckin magical girl porn flashed in their faces, hurdling them down the rabbit hole of borderline to outright podophilic magical girl porn in their formative years that isn't gonna wash out when they grow up, when they thought they were just gonna be looking for a sitcom or a super sentai show.

I ain't a prude... but I still see this as an absolute loss. You want to make an anime and air it on TV... you shouldn't be making a porno. IDK, I mean it is what it is, I guess this shit is just on TV now, but IMO it's a poor showing of human decency. Someone somewhere along that chain of events should have probably gone 'you know what? We don't actually NEED to take our pants off in public you know?'

The word "prude" does come to mind especially when some have no problem with public pride parades with bondage in front of children.

Is this about some decency issue or about how dare straight men enjoy something ie the male gaze.

I disapprove of bondage shit on the front of any parade as well. I find it detestable when them dommy mommies dress their kids up in 50 shades of grey t-shirts... and not JUST cause I think it's literary garbage or unhealthy depictions of relationships... but primarily because an adult shouldn't be deliberately associating their children with their freak shit... the kids don't need us pushing our freak on them... let them figure out their own freak on their out time. The internet practically EXISTS for this already. Once they're old enough to surf the web and muss with phone browsers etc... let people figure their freak out on their own... no one else WANTS to look at your freak anyway, in a kind light we can easily assume non judgmental folk simply have zero interest in your freak, and moreover there's people who are actively distressed by it, and not always just for silly religious or prudish reasons. Gay pride I don't got an issue with so long as the parades are PG. "We're here, we're queer, get used to it!' is fine and dandy, 'We're here, look at my genitals and/or sex toys!!!' on the other hand I consider to be in alarmingly poor taste xD.

My issue is with our own adult shit and fetishes and sexual wants... out in the middle of the road where it doesn't belong and it's basically as simple as that... and blatant public televised hentai on public TV where children and folks that aren't looking for it can accidentally stumble upon it feels an awful lot to me like someone squatting down in the middle of the road and taking a huge shit out in front of everyone, while everybody else is just trying to mind their own god damn business and get to the grocery store.

There is a tendancy of some adults to drag their children to political/social events and force them to wear clothing or wave signs , when they are too young to know the issue

Mmhmmm, believe me I know, and I doubt I'm the only person even HERE who was dragged to a campaigning event... Adults impress a LOT onto kids, often without thinking through the consequences of pressing ideas and reinforcing them onto minds at simultaneously their most impressionable and formative so that what you press is several times more likely to STICK. Some of it is to SURVIVE, and where training kids to survive of course there's nothing wrong with hammering it in 'don't touch the stove while its hot!' is for their own good.... 'nonconsensual magical girl boob molestation on the television babysitter' not so much. OBVIOUSLY my assumption would be this show is on at like midnight in Japan? Parents have a responsibility in this to not be allowing their kids to watch certain tv shows... but if stuff like this becomes popular and normalized it gets harder and harder for anyone to REASONABLY police their children's viewing habits and to know what's actually on the television or in their Iphone feed (not that I really approve of the practice of giving kids Iphones either) Past a certain point, kids will be kids... and in the past the mainstream was typically a place structured so that it was 'reasonably' safe a place for kids to be kids. I'd like for that simply to improve rather than degrade xD

Yes I am looking at some of these scenes and I am saying to myself this should be on restricted adult only.

You're right in the sense that we in the West have a standard set of values which we for some reason consider to be 'self-evident' (even though it's definitely not the case) that other cultures simply do not.

Some deal with that via an exceptionalist philosophy, and others cope with multiculturalism.

But they all have to formulate their response in some manner or another, since they can't ignore such differences entirely,
given that we're now in an instantaneously interconnected global society thanks to...uh....the West. It's gonna come up.

So, welcome to futanari and tentacles and footbinding and honor killings and FGM and trafficking and child marriage and suicide bombing and eating octopi. Or whatever.

This isn't really a fair assessment. Other countries have plenty of opinions about America, some of which aren't fair, some of which are valid. For better or worse we live in a world where we're all interconnected enough to present how we behave culturally in a globalized 'market'. Obviously there's a lot another country does that is none of our business, or mostly harmless... but there's stuff countries do that ARENT mostly harmless as well. America, for instance, is far FAR to lax in protecting kids from violence. Our many years quest to normalize and glorify depictions, oftentimes extremely graphic, of violence on television is itself VERY BAD when children are able to easily get ahold of and interact with those depictions... In certain places in Europe it's the opposite right? Porn isn't that hugely frowned upon while intense violence and gore are. But this show isn't just porn... it's f'kn nonconsensual porn. It's Porn AND Violence. It's a cartoon. Kids can and WILL look to watch cartoons cause they're hardwired to like the bright colors of cartoons, and they are hardwired to LEARN very well and very fast. So yeah, forgive me if I'm looking down the nose at Japan in this very narrow set of circumstances, doing so doesn't mean I think Sushi is morally bankrupt, it doesn't mean I secretly loath the Japanese police or the countries foreign policies... it doesn't mean I didn't see the amazing bravery behind the decision of elderly disaster response workers choosing to do most of the work cleaning up their nuclear power plant spill so that the youth wouldn't be putting themselves in danger of radioactive lifespan reduction.............

It just means I don't believe nonconceptual pornography cartoons belong on public television... cause of basic human child psychology that every countries children share, and I hold the same opinion in my own backyard.

It's even the one thing that the three modern collectivist philosophies - Communists, European Fascists, and Islamic Fundamentalists - agree on: hate America, hate Jews.
That's the concept of the "Red-Green-Brown" alliance. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red%E2%80 ... n_alliance
Of course, each of those three groups will vehemently deny that they are "in league" with the other two, but the fact remains that when it comes to those two main bugaboos, they are.

But here's the thing about Japan. Common folk around the world love America. They love the superheroes, the rock and roll, the cars, the computers, the hotdogs, whatever. But Japan, even though it's also collectivist on the surface, REALLY LOVES America. Japan takes things from American culture, like comics and monsters and superheroes and cartoons and music, and makes them more extreme, weirder, more entertaining, and often just plain better.

That's how you get Power Rangers, Gothic Lolita, Shonen Knife, Merzbow, Godzilla, Giga, anime/manga, and tentacle porn.

I look at this way. Most of the modern democratic world: The U.S Cananda, western Europe (other than Ireland) Japan, Suoth Korea, India Australia and New Zealand are pro Israel (despite the racist on college campuses and blocking streets) even though the majority of the world may not be. The former is worth more than the backward part of the world

Well, that wasn't my point. I didn't even mention Israel. I was trying to explain why extreme pop culture comes out of Japan. And whether multiculturalism could come into play in appreciating it, or whether Japan is an exception in that a lot of what is created is American tropes but regurgitated in more extreme versions, so it's kind of like looking at a funhouse mirror of the American Century.

I just watched another Anime on HIDIVE, Love Flops aka Renai Flops. It's episode 6 is a Magical Girl Parody, but there's also some bondage references in episode 5.

So what? That's where you draw the line is it? Having opinions about other folks pop culture? Do you feel as strongly blasting fans of DBZ? Sailor Moon? Ghost in the Shell? I mean shit if we can't disapprove of what other countries do it only serves we oughtn't approve either? Pop culture bleeds across country lines. What happens in Anime, nerd culture eats up like hotcakes. It's not like I'm suggesting scrambling F-22's here. Relax. A thread came up talking about a pornographic magical girl anime on public TV. This is all on topic. If we can't have discussions about it cause its from Japan we may as well lock the thread down and a good many others.

I was. But the poor reaction to my comment makes the point for me.

There are a few people on this board who make every topic about politics and I think they forget this is a SHIP forum.

It gets tiring to see any post here get sidetracked by the rhetoric of a few bad eggs.

Nothing quite like a conversation about censorship on a forum that’s primarily about humiliating women in tight costumes. The irony is head spinning and slightly maddening.

Can't say I think there's much of an argument to be made that I was sidetracking the comment thread. It's a thread about a blatantly pornographic magical girl show on public television... I talked about my concerns with it, which seems perfectly on topic IMO.

But I can throw a wet blanket if it helps.

....

You know all the girls in this show are 14?

But hey, I guess it's not pedophilia if it's from aNoThEr CoUnTrY!

Ya know lots of LA porn also depicts characters whoa re theatrically under age but played older actors. Every Superheroine Fetish video about a Heroine who's epithet is Girl rather then Woman is implying the same thing.

Yet these Antis can't wrap their head around applying the same logic to Animation.

Are any of them on public television? No? Well that's not really what my issue with the show in this thread's about is it?

(and in point of fact you'll find that essentially ALL those fetish films take pains to state somewhere outright that both the actresses and depicted characters are all 18 or older lest they find themselves in trouble with the law) Now obviously the rules are just different in Japan, it just never occurred to me that Anime was BEYOND our right to criticize by nature of being Japanese! Color me surprised.

It airs in a Late Night Time-slot when Children are a Asleep.

Child Pornography Laws are only about if underage people were involved in making it. Lots of works try to claim the character 18 anyway just to be safe but no one actually takes it seriously. Must of the point of Supergirl to me is that is her Civilian Life is a High School Drama.

Yes it is, and fairly enjoyable. The incidences weren't particularly long, though.
Spoiler
For example, when Sayo-chan is in the shower, we get a quick shot of her naked body and then she fondles her breasts for maybe two seconds. Not sure why they didn't draw that scene a bit longer, even 20-30 seconds would have been nice.

In the second example, when Baiser is snipping up Azure's costume with her magical army of scissors, not a whole lot of the costume disappears.

Third, Basier straps and binds Azure to a giant panda seesaw. Azure is ball-gagged too. I thought for sure that Azure would be riding the panda like a sybian, getting off on the rubbing of her exposed panties against the ride as she cries out in pleasure. But it lasts only a few seconds and then Azure falls to the ground defeated.

Then, when Azure submits to Baiser, bowing to her on the ground in delicious defeat (this is SHIP), she doesn't spend time licking Baiser's sexy boots as it looks like she should. Instead the situation resolves itself very quickly when Baiser rejects Azure's attempt at a heel turn.
I guess the difference between an anime like this and real SHIP is that we prefer to linger on the mechanisms of defeat and pleasure, and we look for long extended scenes where this happens. These fetish moments, however, are more like glimpses in between the overall drama.

Next week, we're going to see the debut of the "Lord Crew", it looks like. So maybe we'll see how the big experienced girls do the SHIP stuff.

The credits theme song ends with the Japanese words "kodawari na fetish". Which means pursuing the perfection of fetish.
So we know for sure that fetish elements are deeply embedded into the story. Not sure why they don't use a bit more of it, then.

What's fascinating is that it's a flesh out story that operates on the rules of a Peril video. The scenes playing out longer we'll probably get to see in Doujins eventually.

Why would this thread get locked? Cause you disagree with what Japan allows on public television?

My first comment might have been directed at you, the follow up is addressing multiple people

And IMO if you want to get into debates about politics on this board - you should be prepared for pushback before reaching for the 'thread lock' escape lever

You should also know (as I am guessing you are no expert on Japan) that this kind of content is highly debated in their government about whether or not it should allowed in their country whatsoever. But sure - it's your legal right to criticize a whole country because of what you read on a 'porn forum'.

I am sure there is a looney tunes forum on the internet somewhere of people arguing about the 'death sentence' laws in the US because Elmer Fudd owns a shotgun and tries to murder other cartoon characters

But I can throw a wet blanket if it helps.

....

You know all the girls in this show are 14?

But hey, I guess it's not pedophilia if it's from aNoThEr CoUnTrY!

Can we lock this thread now?
Why would this thread get locked? Cause you disagree with what Japan allows on public television?
That was sarcasm, so I guess i'm excused? But seriously, I'm pretty sure we aren't actually supposed to be discussing podophilic content on the website. Shevek was once reprimanded just for bringing up that Ladybug show in the past, I don't personally see why this is any different... in fact it's worse as there's clear nudity and sexual themes present IN THE SHOW and the clips and images put up here. So THAT'S why I'd hope this gets locked.
And IMO if you want to get into debates about politics on this board - you should be prepared for pushback before reaching for the 'thread lock' escape lever
I've brought up no politics but what are relevant to the topic. I've said nothing about presidential campaigns or reds vs blues or the 'wokes' or the trumpeters. That was Dazzle and you (you albeit sarcastically). My contributions to the topic have been about the show, and that I don't consider it a good thing to be on television. If Half the members of this site can whine about 'woke' dystopias 24/7 without reprisal, I find it oddly discriminatory to suddenly take offence to my 'politics' concerning very relevant discussion specific to this topic thread.
You should also know (as I am guessing you are no expert on Japan) that this kind of content is highly debated in their government about whether or not it should allowed in their country whatsoever. But sure - it's your legal right to criticize a whole country because of what you read on a 'porn forum'.
Good, maybe that means they'll take this show off the air. To answer the rest of your diatribe I'll point you above to where I point out my criticism in this instance is narrowed specifically to the topic in question, that of pornography on public television. Nowhere in my originating discussion did I even narrow my opinion down to Japan. I hold this opinion uniformly based upon my awareness and understanding of human psychology, particularly in juveniles. That's it, and I think it's a perfectly fair and valid perspective to hold.

Glad we could clear this up. If this is too political for any of you I can't be bothered about it anymore.

Now you can all resume discussing and defending the show about 14 year old girls being sexualized nonconsensually on publicly aired television. Whatever. I'm done with this thread now, if you're smart, you should be too. This is bad juju.

P.S. We've talked about this in the past just on discord SHL, my stance on this really shouldn't surprise you. I do apologize if my responses appear to be leaping down YOUR throat specifically, I don't really mean to be, I was simply flabbergasted by the concept that I was somehow out of line criticizing pedo porn on public tv just because it's occurring in Japan. My larger point remains exactly as I've stated directly enough times now that I can confidently just put this to bed now. I'm done now. You can all go on with your day now without worrying about little old me wagging my finger any further.

General P.S. - I don't mean to imply anyone here specifically or otherwise is leaping full tilt into podophilic content, I don't KNOW any of you or what drew you to this topic thread, most probably the majority of y'all simply didn't care enough about the nature of the show to bother even looking into it enough to know, but y'all should be made aware of it just the same. It doesn't change the crux of my originating opinion either, the fact that it's pedophilic smut on public television only STRENGTHENS my perspective on the matter, but I'm opposed to porn on public TV full tilt, full stop regardless.
