Amazon UK says they're going to stop accepting Visa credit cards next year.
This is because Visa raised its fees after Brexit.
Brexit removed the EU cap on fees charged by card issuers in the UK.

Of course both Amazon and Visa say they're the good guy and the other guy is the bad guy. Well, they're both half-right.

Recall that the OnlyFans anti-porn kerfuffle was triggered by MasterCard flexing its anti-porn muscle.

I've recently encountered an adult website that wouldn't take MasterCard, only Visa.

The giants are tussling; try not to get smooshed.

It's a long standing problem with merchants trying to avoid cards with higher fees. There's also the difference between using a credit or debit card from the same company.

Good luck!
