Suffice it to say that every producer he listed he claimed was boring and old hat and dull and that one should retire. He was just plain nasty and obviously frustrated.

I tried to lighten things up by switching out all his negatives with my all caps BLUE highlighted words. Your imagination has to fill in the rest. Even continuing this gives him more credence than he deserves and if I knew how to ban him for a couple of weeks, I would have.

Bat123, I agree members should be allowed to criticize producers. I honestly agree with you on every producer except Tropic City Heroines. However, there is a proper way of expressing yourself with tactfulness. It's one thing to say "I think these videos are boring or uncreative" and 'Your movies are a pile of shit". Be respectful when you criticize people.

For ALL, the first rule of the forum isnt dont mention the forum, its be respectful to other members.

I dont know what was said or more importantly HOW it was said, but whilst I would say everyone has a right to express an opinion and to like or dislike something, its important that such opinions are expressed in a polite manner and not offensively.

I dont see any value in putting up a list of people that you hate (in terms of their work) for whatever reason. We are only just out of the season of good will to all men (we can assume that goes for women too) so I would urge all members to carry forth that good will and generosity of spirit into 2019 as much as possible.

Except towards soccer teams that are playing Swansea City. They can burn in hell. (well, until we have avoided relegation anyways)

I guess I should not have edited Bat123's original comments. I will say that there was no profanity used in his text whatsoever. He was just a bit cold and hurtful to all parties listed. I consider this a learning experience for us both and remove the suggestion that he be banned. However, in the future I would hope that Bat123 would be a bit more helpful in his critiques.

Not true - KoG and others have commented on others work or wished other producers well with a release that they have no vested interest in.
Either way I would urge you to see them as PEOPLE and treat them with the respect you yourself would hope for from other members

Anyway, I try not to censor posts since people seem to dislike that more than the "offending" posts. I either let thread play out or just shut it down if it gets out of hand.

So Basically Bat123 isn't happy with the current state of SHIP productions.
I think a better way to go about it would be to ask @bat123 what is is he wants to see? Maybe we can turn this into a constructive conversation...

Sharing opinions are fine, but there's clearly a line somewhere around being deliberately hurtful and nasty.

In any case, it looks like he chilled his beans and is no longer pressing. Maybe he was just having a crappy day.

Also, The123 is one of the worst disguises ever - he didn't even stop using his no-punctuation technique!

Just for the record, I never edited his second message. "fghhhgjghg," I only edited the first one which I now admit was a sorry mistake. That second message was all Bat123.

It seemed like you were having a pretty bad day, and I know myself how easy it is to lash out or burn bridges when your head is in a bad place, so I'm sure it doesn't truly reflect who you are. I was wrong to call you a troll - you clearly aren't.

If you're having a genuinely tough time you're always welcome to talk about it here or in one of the subthreads. There will be plenty of people here, myself included, who can relate to being in a dark place. You're certainly not alone.

I was worried about your state of health which was why I felt you shouldnt be prrmanently banned, its always better to talk about these things and whilst we do tease each other here (sometimes mercilessly) we dont bare any lasting animosity
towards each other.
