Looks like we will see great Wonder Woman vs Cheetah fight scenes, she has cuts on her chest and arm
Wonder Woman sequel
Reactions quick enough to block a bullet in flight but not a swinging arm.
Then again Cheetahs are one of the fastest things on the planet I suppose...

And they don't play by the rules.
"A brass unicorn has been catapulted across a London street and impaled an eminent surgeon. Words fail me, gentlemen."
You have to consider distance, time from start to target, and reaction time when considering bullets and hand to claw combat. There is slightly more time to react to a bullet than close up where a fighter needs to anticipate the attack because there isn't as much time to react.
That's before considering dramatic effect because you don't want it to be too one sided.

Cheetah could do a sneak attack as well - catch Wondy off guard.
Check the power levels...Cheetah is almost as fast as the Flash. It's been mentioned in comics. Hopefully they make her as formidable and dangerous a foe as possible. Also it looks like they'll be going with the New 52/Rebirth origin where she's originally a friend of Wonder Woman and succumbs to the dark side when she is transformed into Cheetah. They'll probably also keep the mystical Urzkartaga origin. The fight could possibly be the hottest F/F battle ever seen on screen. Can't wait!!
If, hopefully, they want to throw in a good catfight, please let's not quibbled over details.

Thanks Scribbler! The wire-walking footage and the athletic high-speed running Gal does is great, as is that photo.
And Tallyho..think about it - not only could we get an amazing F/F battle, but the Minerva-to-Cheetah transformation itself (whether in darkest Africa, or in the museum, etc.) could be seriously awesome as well!! How is anything Captain Marvel-related going to match that?

I'm guessing they'll have Cheetah kick Diana's ass in the first fight to show that she's a significant threat, maybe catching her off guard or perhaps they'll go the poison on her claws route that helps slow WW down. Was always cool in the comics used that to her advantage.

Wonder Woman's might could be pushed to it's limits during an all out battle against Cheetah's agility and fierce fighting skills. Wow, this could be awesome!

She is flawless. So glad they cast her as WW. She truly embraces the role onscreen and in public and it shines through in everything she does. Love Gal!
Its just free/cheap and easy publicity, but still if it helps give the sick a boost who cares. They never send them to the leprosy units though....
