I'm surprised Power Rangers is not that common

I see a lot of Wonder Woman, Super Girls, Black Canary/Widow, She Ra, She Hulk and other superhero like properties but for some reason I don't see Power Rangers Sentai, or Magical Girl videos. I thought having a group of woman in scantily clad tight outfits beating up silly monsters would be popular but I guess not. The Akiba/Zen sites have a lot of that stuff but nobody in the Superhero community seems to be interested.
Mighty Hypnotic did have a series of Power Rangers parodies (I think it was called Power Angels?) for a while, but I guess demand wasn't high enough for it to continue. For the most part I guess most fans still compartmentalize superheroes and sentai as two very different things, and are happy to leave production of the latter to the Japanese. Which is a shame - I say this as someone who didn't grow up on Power Rangers, but I really do love me some women in tight, color-coded spandex fighting cheesy villains and spouting even cheesier lines.
(That said, people who did grow up on Power Rangers - and Magical Girl stuff, too - might recall them as minors first and foremost, and be appropriately disgusted at the idea of any porn parodies. There's not even the "gray area" you'd get with, say, the Scooby-Doo gang - the Power Rangers are explicitly high-schoolers regardless of generation, as are most if not all Magical Girls.)
My less-than-proper introduction to Power Rangers was actually through bookmanwhb's "Powerless Rangers" saga (Part 1, 2, 3 and 4). If you don't mind the amateurish writing I think it'd be worth your while...

Speaking of which, our Heroineburgh actress Emily (who plays Irish lesbian heroine Fianna in Episode 5) recently sent in an audition tape to try out for a part in the next Power Rangers TV series. With an actor who was trying out for the part of the black male Power Ranger, she practiced both a dialogue scene (which I recorded for them) and also some action footage, like running and parkour. It's a long shot, of course, but imagine if one of our actresses made it into the actual Power Rangers show! That would be amazing.

I see the power rangers at the cons all the time...Tommy is HOT!! I am also surprised there is not more kinky power rangers stuff...the girls costumes are not the most revealing but still hot! And the villains could be so freaky!! Tentacles and all!!

I think the people who created Hawk Heroines had a Power Rangers style series going involving Paris Kennedy, Sinn Sage and someone else. But, as usual, Nicole Oring and her comrade Tommy kicked the living piss out of all three of them in that storyline.
