To Nude or Not to Nude

What are peoples thoughts about superheroines staying in costume during sex scenes? Should producers keep the heroine in costume during sex scenes no matter what? Is it worth just tearing a hole in tights or using cheaper costumes that can be destroyed and replaced or costumes that were designed for sex? Is it sexier to get a superheroine as nude as possible while leaving key costume points like boots, gloves and masks/cowls?

There really is no right or wrong answer here. I think it's silly for producers to limit the content of their videos. In some vids, I enjoy seeing the heroine stripped completely naked before the sex scenes. It adds a sense of humiliation to the heroine. However, I've seen vids where the uniform stays on and pulled to the side for simulated sex. That works too. I've also seen where the costumes have been ripped open to expose the heroine. Also very hot. I just don't see why a producer would limit their vids to only one way of doing things regardless of the majority opinion. Plus, it would get really boring if the same thing was done the same way over and over. If I had to choose, I'd say I prefer the costume being ripped and torn, exposing the heroine but certainly it's not a must. I'm sure there's other behind the scenes factors producers consider, like does the actress want to be naked or not, when choosing to nude or how to nude. I guess to answer the question, I prefer variety even over my own personal preference.

It's all subjective, of course, but I want PART of the costume on. Maybe a glove. The boots. The mask. SOMETHING. Otherwise, it's just porn, and I can get that anywhere for free.

Keep some of her costume on. Just be sure to show her boobs and you are good to go. I don't mind seeing the girl completely naked. That's fine. However, it's sexier to see a heroine getting taken advantage of when she is partially clothed.

I prefer the costume to stay on during the whole film. Once the heroine is nude the film just becomes a regular porno in my opinion.

I actually like to see the costume torn or tugged to the side during the sex scenes to expose the breast and crotch areas. One of my pet peeves I really dislike is when the bottom of the heroine's leotard is completely torn open like this. There's something about tightness of the leotard bottoms that I find really erotic and I prefer seeing the bottoms stay in tact.

I prefer nude or tearing halfway. not just a hole that can be re used again. If tearing is expensive, just make it nude.

As stated many times above. A nude superheroine is just porn for me and loses the fantasy. Keep the costume on as much as possible, find creative ways to use it. A good sexy outfit is better than nude IMO.

It's always best for a producer to find creative ways to remove them or pull them aside (at least "a producer" being me). Costumes are extremely expensive and I have never sold more copies of a video 'just because' we destroyed the costume. Destroying donated ones or cheaper ones can be fun, but there's real incentive for me to do so. It actually costs me quite a bit of money. My highest sellers keep their costumes completely intact.

This has never really mattered to me. I'd say it's best to leave at least some of the costume intact, but I don't mind the entire costume being removed.

Actually, I've always been fascinated by the view that if the heroine is completely stripped...it's just porn then. I have felt this way watching some videos in the past, but to me that has more to do with the initial establishment of the heroine. If the heroine is established as virtuous and formidable, and THEN gets defeated and stripped out of her costume...I'm good with that. Then she is 'heroine x' who has been stripped out of her costume and defiled by the villain(ess)...and not just some nude woman. If the heroine is not well established first, then it generally won't work that well for me whether she in costume or not.

Yes, but nudity doesn't require destroying the costume in most cases. There are different segments of fan base that like different things... I think the initial question is very subjective to the point that it's so dependent on how things are carried out vs specific tastes.

its all about the costume for me, I will get a video strictly based on the costume sometimes, a spandex unitard that stays on during sex with customized holes for access (better ripped open slightly rather than a zipper, I know its a one off deal but it makes it for me) I will pay extra for the video without question and perfectly happy to pay the extra to replace the costume every time without hesitation.

Obviously, as others say, this is a subjective thing. For me, so long as enough of the costume is kept on so it's still clearly 'superheroine x' rather than just someone nude, then that's my thing. Depends on the superheroine, so could be just the mask, or the gloves and boots or whatever - so long as it's enough to be able to keep the identity of the character in tact.

When it comes to costume destruction, tights are easy to rip open and cheap to replace.

I really don't like the two extremes; a fully-clothed dry hump presented (unconvincingly) as penetrative sex at one end of the scale and completely nude sex scenes at the opposite end of the scale.

The superheroine costume is a symbol of virtue. So it becomes more transgressive if the costume is at least partially on during sex.

I agree that the costume doesn't have to be destroyed. However there are a number of creative things that can be done it such as having the Villain(s) cum all over the heroin'es costume. This won't prevent the costume from being reused since it'll just need a wash. Also as Heroine Addict mentioned, torn tights are pretty easy/cheap to replace.

Personally I think naked is dull. I mean if I want naked people I can find them literally anywhere. The internet is lousy with naked people doing all kinds of things for all kinds of reasons. There's not enough hours in the day to watch all the naked-people-based content being freely pumped onto the Internet on a daily basis.

So, yeah, the costumes are a good thing, I think.

I'm on the costume side with this one. I think some producers such as Primal have been more creative with snap/zipper crotches to allow for full content while keeping the costume relatively intact.

Before I started producing, I used to imagine it would be best to keep the costume on and just have a hole or a zipper that could be undone. But I think Sooperhero had a series where these Power Ranger type chicks got stripped down to their bras and panties and I thought that was pretty cool because here they were all badass in their costumes and then reduced to cowering little girls in their underwear. Sometimes maybe that's enough. But going full nude along with the acting to go with it is pretty hot as well.

But more to answer your question, ripping holes in tights is cheap. Not so much for a costume you paid $200 for! Though there are DECENT enough costumes on Ebay ($40 range) that would work and if you did some awesome costume destruction I think you would be forgiven for using an"off the rack" costume

I also happen to think that a costume removal to the point of cowl, gloves and boots can be hot as well. Add a cape to that I am picturing Cali Logan right now for some reason
