Once all the Teen Titans are properly restrained and safe to handle, they are transported to a much more secure place, Mother Mayhem's hideout! Before she reveals her great master plan to her captives, she plans to play a few games with them. Although she initially encounters a few issues with the bureaucracy of the new Villains Union, luckily everybody loves to torture super-heroines. The stronger the better!
