I think the police officer was supposed to be playing Renee Montoya.
And the girl with the black hair was probably Talia Al Ghul.

These guys did their Batman prank a few more times.
In April Fool's 2010 they added Robin and brief appearances from Green Arrow and Black Canary. Plus Joker and Batman did a dance-off (not sure
if that qualifies as the 'Batusi').
Then they did it again on Halloween 2010. In this one, Poison Ivy (after stripping down to her costume) takes over the Batman lecture from Joker and joins up with Talia and Catwoman. Then Robin, Batgirl and Batman enter the scene with a special appearance from...Pikachu??
And..I think that's about it. Between them, these five videos have almost a million views!
