What is the RRS factor? Well, RRS is the short form for the Red Ribbon Strangler, and after failing to finish Athena with his red ribbon while in her civilian identity, he decides to strangle her with her own golden lasso, ordering her to not use her Amazon strength to break free. Athena's own magic lasso may become her undoing!

She manages to escape near death at the hands of the Red Ribbon Strangler and transforms into her Amazon identity, but he manages to steal her golden lasso and uses it to command her not to break free, so that he can strangle her with it!
