G'Day Mate
I am Ava, I have been a member in this forum for a while and been producing superhero content for almost 2 years now, and looking back, I realise I didn't have a proper introduction to the folks here. So here I am, getting a thread together and discuss the past, current and future release of our projects.
What is The Superhero Project?
Basically, we are an Australian live action comic book producer, we started producing superhero content in 2016, and now enter the second year of production.
We are based in Sydney Australia. We generally produce a movie every 2 months. Currently, we have 8 titles under our belt, with 1 more un-released, and 2 more at production stage.
Who are the Superhero Project?
We are a bunch of anime/cartoon lover, bend together and come up with this idea, I personally cosplay when I was younger back in Germany, and most of the idea we had is from popular comic series.
We are a small production company, we have a company size of 4. (not counting actress and crew)

Our released prodcution title count at this point is 8, with our latest just being released, I will post the full detail an preview on each of the episode later on at this post, but a full title list is here. Each Episode are approximately 30 minutes long, and are rated PG

Superheroine Compilation
This is our earliest work, filmed sometime in 2016 Featuring 4 models (Emily, Elle, Amber and Milly) as Tweedledee, Éclair, Kara and Pink Pixie, it is basically a mix-match type of thing, still feeling the direction of the story and character development,
This whole project is basically 3 separate fights, with all 4 characters and a mix-match situation. While we tried to put a storyline into the production, but since this is the first one, we still don't really know what we wanted. And story line basically does not exist. Nor does the role of good guys and bad guys.
Story 1 : Tweedledee vs Éclair
This is a single fight with 2 endings, this is the first ever movie we produced. Not much to the plot, basically just a free fight.

Second Story : Kara vs Tweedledee
This is basically a free fight, where Kara fight Tweedledee, Tweedledee lose in the first one, while Kara is unmasked and defeated in the second one.

Third Story : Kara vs Pink Pixie
In this fight, we try to put some storyline in it, where Pink Pixie is a villain trying to steal national secret and Kara was there to stop her, this story only ends one way, and that is Pink Pixie being defeated with her boots, mask and gloves being taken away from her, not before she took Kara's boots and mask away too.

Episode 1 : Power Sister Ambush
Ambush is our second proper superhero project (Agent Caracal being the first in production order), Ambush is shot in Feb 2017, this movie feature Amber as Kara, Milly as Pink Pixie and Katarzyna as Kera.
Kara and Kera were crime fighting sisters, rookie Kera have been bugging Kara to bring her out for her next assignment, which is to capture Pink Pixie, little do the sister knows that it was their turn to be captured by the evil Pink Pixie.
While Pink Pixie put the 2 crime fighters out, Pink Pixie put Kera in mind Control and eventually help Pink Pixie defeat the mighty Kara, Kara was unmasked, chloroformed and humiliated for being put in front of a camera, Kera put Kara out in by using the power both sister shared. Pink Pixie then taken off her mask, thus breaking the Mind Control, and fight the rookie crime fighter, ended in Capturing Kera and getting her to her own lair for future experiment, and leaving the humiliated Kara alone in the room.

Episode 2 : Revenge
In this episode, after a fight we can see Tweedledee (played by Emily) is forced to team up with Kara (played by Amber) to locate a stolen Nerve Agent (which Tweedledee stole it herself) from Pink Pixie, and as a side quest, Kara was to find out what happened to her sister.
The pair tracked down Pink Pixie location via a transmitter inside the nerve agent and proceed to assault the location. All gone well until the pair was duped into believing Pink Pixie is the hostage held in the premises, the pair was soon captured and tortured, using the same trick, Pink Pixie out Kara under mind control in order to help her defeat Tweedledee.
In the final showdown, Tweedledee is able to unmask Pink Pixie and thus breaking the Mind Control she had on Kara, but a cunning Pink Pixie turn the table one last time and release the nerve agent after acquiring Tweedledee's Gasmask. Wihtout her Gasmask, Tweedledee is dying, and Kara have to choose between chasing after Pink Pixie or to retrieve the antidode from Tweedledee belonging and save her.
This is the last movie featuring Emily, her role was handed down to Rosa which play the current Tweedledee.

Agenda Part 1 followed the story from Revenge, Tweedledee (Rosa) is send to investigate a dead drop location. where she then have a gunfight with Pink Pixie, after the gunfight, Pink Pixie was able to gain the upper hand when Kara, following the leads on Pink Pixie, show up and foiled their plan. Pink Pixie is captured this time, and both Tweedledee and Kara take turns interrogate her. Trying to find out what Pink Pixie is up to this time.

Episode 4 : Agenda Part 2
Following from the previous episode, Pink Pixie is tied to a chair, being questioned by the superhero team, Kara try to find out where her sister is being held, while Tweedledee do little talking, a lot of beating to Pink Pixie,
Table then turn when Tweedledee got too close, she was subdued by Pink Pixie, Kara and Pink Pixie then fight, Kara get the upperhand on the account she had her Superpower, Pink Pixie does not, but Pink Pixie does not come unprepared, after months of interrogation, Kera told her a game changing secret regarding her sister, and the table is turned, she then put Kara under her spell, and when Kara wakes up, there are only one target in her mind, and that is Tweedledee.

Episode : Agent Caracal
Agent Caracal is our first ever proper movie, but production delay means we had released it after Episode 1. And also since this is a different line of Superhero, we have separated it from Kara/Tweedledee universe.
The story is about a Female Special Force team, callsign Caracal, was scrambled to investigate the break in of a Top Secret facilities, inside, they found the Villain Dark Pheonix in the process of stealing national secret, the team apporach to apprehend Dark Phoenix, but was beaten back and put out of service.
When the Caracal wakes up, Dark Phoenix have them tied to a chair facing each other for interrogation, Caracal 02 was able to break free and attempt to take out Dark Phoneix, but she failed and pay for it with her life. Caracal 01 uses this distraction to unbind herself, and was able to before Dark Phoenix also kills her, a fight ensued, and Dark Phoenix won the fight, thinking she has already killed Caracal 01, she change into Caracal 02 outfit and go back to Caracal Headquarter and take out the HQ. Meanwhile Caracal 01 wakes up to an empty room, Dark Phoenix is long gone and only her lifeless partner remain, she swore of vengence before limper out of the room herself.

Episode : Beatdown
Beatdown is our first custom script, Éclair (played by Amber) try to find out what Tweedledee (played by Rosa) is up to, and in the process, the two fights, a lot of punches, kicks after and the story ends in both Éclair and Tweedledee being defeated in turn.

Episode : Agent Caracal 2 - Rescue Ops
Kera is finally being rescued by Tweedledee, Dress in Caracal Heavy Assault suit, from Pink Pixie, with the help of Nightshade, however, Nightshade concern about Tweedledee make her leave Kera alone in the safehouse and go back to the lair and help Tweedledee, her concern turns out to be correct, just as she arrive back, Pink Pixie is about to shoot Tweedledee, in the end, Pink Pixie slip out again and Nightshade tend to Tweedledee wounds.
However, far from being safe, Pink Pixie had planted a tracker on Kera unbeknown to her, and Kera was once again captured this time by a mysterious figure, the same person who had captured Dragonfly previously. Prompting the reactivation of Team Caracal by the authority after Tweedledee is out of action and the city is running out of good guys.
The Caracal successfully located the location of which Kera is being held, and a rescue ops is launched, but instead, a sight of a turned Dragonfly taking Kera hostage is what greeting the team, what worse is that the same figure had reprogram Kera, along with Dragonfly and ambush the Caracal.
Caracal was captured, Dragonfly and Kera hatched a plan, they are going to dress up as the Caracal to commit crime in the city and put the city in turmoil, not knowing who to trust, the city would have to disband the whole superhero organisation and giving the criminal a free reign of the city.
This plan is perfect, just one flaw, the criminal syndicate did not factor in a double agent is already embedded within its rank, and when she arrive back at where the Caracal is being kept, she free them, and our heroine, forced to take over their turned heroine partner identity, was now the most wanted women in the city, they will have to survive on their own, and have to deal with not only the criminal, but the city themselves.
This movie is currently IN PRODUCTION. This movie will be released once all the camera work and editing is done, expecting release date is Late September, release date can change without notice.

Almost a month after the original update, it's time to give you guys a heads up.
First thing first, do not pre-order from our Indiegogo campaign, for some reason they cannot verify my detail so they cancelled my account...…..(They needed passport and driver license and I don't have them, I have a state ID card and unfortunately, they do not accept state ID for verification purpose.)
Anyway, I will put up a brand new pre-order link from our own webpage next Monday, so if you want to pre-order Agent Caracal 2 with some goodie, you can do it there.
And the second part of this post is to have a quick update on our upcoming project - Agent Caracal 2 - Rescue Op.
Basically, we have finished principal photography and now we are in the final stage of editing, once the editing is approved and we will be releasing it for public view. Current date of release is set on the Oct 14. The delay is due to production problem and script problem, and all these are now under control.

Basically, we have finished principal photography and now we are in the final stage of editing, once the editing is approved and we will be releasing it for public view. Current date of release is set on the Oct 14. The delay is due to production problem and script problem, and all these are now under control.

One of our Heroineburgh actresses (Emily, who plays Fianna) was over in Australia and did a bit of test shooting with Ava's partner.
And Kara (one of the Superheroine Project actresses) will appear in a little clip in the upcoming Heroineburgh Episode 13.
Collaborating is fun. Definitely keep an eye on Ava's projects.

The new agent caracal 2 movie is due to be released on the 26th of October, we are at the final stage of editing and things are going by on schedule, there were some hiccup before and we need to basically reshoot everything on the second part of the movie, hence the delay, but we have done those now, so it should be okay from now on. I will say the project is about 90% finished at this stage.
And the price is not $20, this is a long movie, we are selling for 40 AUD, basically the same as two normal length movie.

A quick update on Agent Caracal 2 Rescue Ops.
While the editing version have been in my hand since Friday, it take 10 hours to export into a 3.1GB Full HD video.....So basically, I have been waiting on 2 days to convert and upload them online and finally, I managed to get the Full HD version fully upload to our server yay now only the 4K version to go.
I am terribly for the delay :( All the Full HD pre-order have just fulfilled and now I have 5 4K pre-order to fill, most likely by tomorrow.

Let me give you guys a quick updates.
Agent Caracal 2 : Rescue Ops is now fully released, both FHD and 4K version are available to purchase from our store. The Uncut version is available until tomorrow, afterward then you will be getting the director cut version with the same price. The difference between Uncut and Director Cut version is that the Uncut version is 67 minutes long, have 2 extra scenes, both onscreen costume swap, the director cut version will be 59 minutes. So, if you want to get the uncut version, you will need to buy now.
We have started our next production, which we had retain most of the actress from Agent Caracal 2, here are some production still and the plot of our next project.
Plot : After the failed rescue op, Kara and Tweedledee headed to the destroyed HQ to try and salvage the situation and find any intelligence on the collector. But once there, they had ran into Pink Pixie, and since Tweedledee was in no condition to fight, Kara face Pink Pixie alone, but as it turn out, Pink Pixie is almost defeated by Kara, but the last minutes appearance of Dragonfly in Caracal Outfits save Pink Pixie from defeated.
In the end, Dragonfly managed to capture Kara and Dragonfly transport Kara back to the Collector, what will happen to our beloved heroine?

I hope that you guys are enjoying the Christmas and New Year. It has been a month since our latest update, so here I am going to give you all a quick run-ins.
First of all, we have released the Aftermath Pt 1 last year after some delay. Release Trailer is here
We are currently working on Aftermath Pt 2, which we have finished half of the shooting before Christmas/New Year Break, and we are going to finish it this month, and hopefully releasing it sometime in February.
We also have 3 Projects in our pipeline at the moment, we have taken a Custom clip production and slate to make it happen in late Feb and Early March, pending on the script, and also an untitled Agent Caracal Episode 3 movie. (Which we still negotiating with the actress) slate to shoot in March, and finally a feature length story criss-crossed both our heroine team (Kara/Tweedledee and Caracals) will be coming in late June for the Supanova Con in Sydney.

First thing first, we are releasing Episode 8 : The Plan Part 2
So The preemies of Episode 8 is::
Tweedledee and Kara gone undercover with Qantas Airline to investigate Pink Pixie next move, the pair intercept Pink Pixie from a flight to Sydney, and follow her all the way to the safehouse.
On arrival of the safehouse, the pair was ambushed by Pink Pixie and while the superheroine pair gained the upperhand, they were ultimately was counter ambushed by Pink Pixie with the help of Dark Phoenix. The villain pair have a nasty surprise instore for Kara, a greenstone bomb which the greenstone would have been able to kill Kara and the blast power of the bomb would be able to kill Tweedledee.
Can our superheroine team survive the ambushes? Buy them and find out yourself

Okay, the next piece of update is basically our progress on Episode 7.
Quite a few member have asked me, what happened to Episode 7? Where is Ep7 when we have already released Ep8.
The answer is this, Ep7 is about 85% finish, and the reason why it is like that is because we have to change the script and which mean a reshoot of approximately 15% of the footage, and it is extremely difficult to have a movie reshoot with 4 or more actress involve, and simply we cannot agree on a time to make this happen yet. So Even tho the shoot was launched in Oct/2018, we are still trying to organise a reshoot as of today, and there are a light of hope that we can finish this before march so. I will keep you guys updated.
On the other hand, we have just wrapped up a shoot today with a custom customer. A detail of the shoot will be announced later, but I have included a production still and releasing it as a tease
The shoot is a spy theme shoot, with 2 guys vs 2 girls.

The story will see as a backstory to lead in the main storyline of Agent Caracal 3, and the backstory will also feature Rachel (from Agent Caracal 2 : Rescue Op) which act as the lead in team leader for the first mission for Lynx.
Again, this clip is only available to pre-order customer (Both Agent Caracal 3 and Aftermath 2) and we will start Pre-Order listing of Agent Caracal 3 in April.
On another note, we are currently editing our latest custom movie called "Spy Games" it feature the aforementioned vast in a spy setting instead of being in Tactical Setting as in Agent Caracal
We should have the trailer out soon, right now we are working on a rough cut for approval. So I am going to show you some still instead
We will also give more detail for this project later, again, once the commissioner approval it for release.
And finally, bad news regarding Episode 7 Aftermath 2, looks like we are going to need to push this into April release, because the actresses involved cannot get a date out to complete the reshoot. So we are pushing the release until early to mid April. I am terribly sorry about this, but we have no choice. Everyone that pre-ordered this movie will be given a $5 voucher for this delay.
