Hell no! I'd take a bumbling Electra Woman and Batgirl any day, over the current crop of superheroines who are "too competent", that they hardly ever get captured or defeated.

She was rather incompetent as a superheroine, and in a way, that was part of the appeal, I guess. Similar to how we loved Yvonne Craig's Batgirl for getting captured by villains so easily. Seeing them all cocky, knowing that they will be in trouble soon just makes us want to watch them more.

I like my superheroines to be overcome by seemingly weaker individuals once in a while. Hypnosis kinda evens the odds and that's part of the appeal of hypnosis for me.

The sexy costume is the biggest part of the appeal for sure as well as the apparent strength of the superheroine (but with vulnerabilities/weakness nonetheless). What arm chair wouldn't want to defeat that?

Well they really need to shift the focus away from Nightwing (and Batman's enemies). Donna, Superboy and Raven are too powerful so they had to be sidelined for much of the show just so Crane can appear to succeed for a while.

The magic belt idea from Lynda Carter's WW was great. Too bad they practically dropped it after the 1st season. I also would have loved to see a "double debelting" with WW and Wondergirl. Now it's only in the realm of "what if".

I will still probably watch the movie out of curiosity and my general interest in sci-fi/action flicks, but any prior excitement built up with a big-screen SG appearance is all dead at this point.
