It's a film called Batgirl. XXX, they should have a review and links probably over at the Heroine Movies site(it's not one of theirs, but can't remember who made it) it's been out a couple of years

I'm pretty certain it is Batgirl XXX. Everything matches up to the official trailer.
They made some really bizarre choices in that parody. I can accept the mix of various versions of DC characters from comics, TV and movies, but the decision to put Batgirl in pumps was just plain wrong.
