I think Villain used a lot of local girls in his area so more than likely this is a local model.

Probably the case with her too. The OP's image is from when Villain was shooting in Baltimore. Then Phoxy_Browns link to the photographers web site of the model, is located in Maryland. Just seems like the 'local girl' logic fits here. LOL!
