2 months ago there was an explosion at a lab experimenting with pink Kryptonite... an intern working there was caught in the blast but she survived...
She found she had superpowers... much like Superman only without the speed or xray vision.
She also found out she had a weakness... her skin had to be mostly uncovered or her powers would fade.
She was immune to green kryptonite...
She didn't yet know she had a unique weakness to pink krptonite.
so she put an S emblem on a little tank top... she put on a little tie on thong... and she went out at nite to try and be a heroine..
she just calls herself Supergurl...
