Well, interestingly enough, Emily Addison has been travelling out this way from time to time but I don't know what her schedule is like. Another possibility is Blair Williams, she's local. A-Force is a joke. If you can, try to find the Typhoid Mary arc from the mid 80's Daredevil. A truly amazing story line that is timeless. And of course, the seminal Elektra/Daredevil/Bullseye story arc by Frank Miller. These stories are 30 + years old but still amazing. I just started reading a bran...

Re: Invincible feat. Atom Eve (Image)

No spoilers, but full warning...this thing gets brutally dark at some point. Characters evolve and change in a very organic manner.

Once you're done with that might I suggest the works of Terry Moore. Very strong and grounded female character in the same vain of Atom Eve.

Happy reading!!!

He's a 1980s maverick cop. "Laws" mean very little to him. Which is a bit of a drawback for someone working in law enforcement. You never hear of maverick air traffic controllers. Here's a recent appearance by Jane star Glynis Barber in a soap opera about argumentative cockneys. https://w...

At the time, I remember it being difficult to decide who was hotter: Soolin or Col. Wilma Deering (Erin Gray on Buck Rogers). Wilma had a higher rank but Soolin was probably a better shot with the laser pistol. Ah, the bloom of youth and tight 1970s jumpsuits, amirite? Syfy was supposed to do a rem...

Somebody mentioned Empowered, I've been waiting years to see that translated into a cartoon. Now, with Netflix and Amazon, it could be possible. I like the premise of the Greatest American Heroine. Yes, I know the "spin-off/pilot" failed miserably, but I'm certain KOG could pull it off. Bu...

A suggestion for a simple work-around for the weather: Time elapse or fast forward to Riddle Grrl dragging WC back inside the "lair" and have her "revive" WC followed by a slow partial strip of WC out of her wetsuit (just exposing her upper extremities). Once WC has recovered, a ...

Why can't we combine Bugsy and Romedawg's ideas into one scene where Riddle Grrl drags an unconscious WC out of the pool and slowly remove WC from her wetsuit (this is an Underworld production for those keeping score) and then gives her "mouth to mouth" to revive her?
